个人简介

Chua Ping Yong 博士在高等教育和企业管理领域拥有超过30年的丰富经验，担任过从讲师到首席执行官（CEO）等多个高级职位。 

他目前是吉隆坡卫理学院（Methodist College Kuala Lumpur, MCKL）的首席执行官。他负责提供全面的领导力、制定高层决策和战略、发展并实施运营政策和战略计划，并担任学校的主要发言人。 

在加入MCKL之前，他曾在First City University College担任职务，并在Kingsley EduGroup工作多年，成功协助该公司于2018年5月在香港证券交易所上市。上市后，他被任命为Kingsley EduGroup Limited的执行董事兼总裁。 

此前，他在拉曼大学学院（Tunku Abdul Rahman University College）工作超过 20 年（1990年7月至2015年7月），期间担任过多个学术和管理职位，包括讲师、高级讲师、部门主管，以及工程与建筑环境学院的院长。在担任院长期间，他负责管理学院的教职员工和资源，该学院在主校区和槟城分校共有近4000名学生和约200名员工。
