个人简介

晏星皓教授是哥伦比亚国际大学 Kepha MBA 项目客座教授，现任美国托莱多大学（University of Toledo）商学院教授，曾在加拿大西安大略大学毅伟商学院（Western University， Ivey Business School）任教授。初创公司践履商学创始人之一。晏教授主要的研究领域包括运营管理中的信息不对称，行为运营管理，运营管理在医疗领域中的应用，以及 AI对供应链和运营管理的影响。他于2016年，2020年分获毅伟商学院和托莱多大学商学院杰出研究奖。除了研究以外，晏教授拥有超过20年的商学院教学经验，多次获得校级杰出教学奖。他也曾多次指导本科学生参加国际级商业案例比赛，并名列前茅。

著作/报告

晏星皓教授在多个国际著名学术期刊（包括Financial Times 50全球顶尖期刊）发表学术论文，其中有Operations Research, Production and Operations Management, European Journal of Operational Research, IISE Transactions on Healthcare System Engineering, Internal Journal of Production Economics, and Computers & Industrial Engineering. 晏教授的研究成果曾被期刊IISETransactions on Healthcare System Engineering 主编选为年度最佳论文之一。
